1. Who can participate in the campaign?

Any customer who purchases at least one participating Beko product or product bundle during the campaign period. Participants must be 18 years or older. Employees, directors, partners, agents, or family members of Beko, TLC, or any associated parties are not eligible.

3. What is the campaign period?

The campaign runs from 01 October 2025 to 31 December 2025. Participants can register their purchase from 14 days after purchase until 31 December 2025.

4. How do I participate?

Buy a participating Beko product or bundle.

Scan the QR code on the product to visit the campaign website.

Register your purchase by uploading a receipt showing:

The product SKU

Date of purchase

Clear product details

The receipt will be verified within 48 working hours.

Once verified, you will receive an email with login credentials for Travel Credits powered by Expedia.

5. What reward will I receive?

Single cooling product: Travel Cash voucher worth 8,500 EGP

Product bundle: Travel Cash voucher worth 11,500 EGP

The voucher can be redeemed for one or multiple hotel bookings on Travel Credits powered by Expedia until 30 June 2026.

6. Can I transfer or exchange my voucher?

No. The Travel Cash voucher is:

Non-refundable

Non-transferable

Cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards

7. Are there restrictions on participation?

Yes. Any fraudulent activity, breach of rules, or dishonest behavior may lead to disqualification. The Promoter and Organiser reserve the right to deny any claim suspected of fraud.

8. What if there is a technical issue?

The Organiser is not liable for any technical failures, including submission errors, platform issues, or equipment malfunction. Rewards are accepted at your own risk.

9. Can the campaign end early?

Yes. The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify the campaign at any time due to circumstances beyond control (e.g., technical issues, natural events, or legal changes). Notice will be provided on the campaign website.

10. How is my personal data used?

The Organiser collects personal data for:

Campaign management and verification

Sending rewards

Marketing communications (if consented)

All personal data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
